Manager, Marketing Operations

About the role

Procurify is seeking a Manager, Marketing Operations to enable a high‑performing marketing organization through systems, data, and process optimization. The role will ensure marketing programs are measurable, scalable, and efficient while providing clear visibility into campaign performance, funnel conversion, and pipeline contribution.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, and documentation.
• Maintain and optimize lead lifecycle processes, including capture, scoring, routing, and nurture programs, and ensure smooth handoff to sales.
• Track and report on marketing attribution and performance metrics across channels, translating data into actionable insights.
• Administer and optimize Marketo, Salesforce CRM, and Intercom to support marketing and customer‑facing communications.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or similar roles within a B2B SaaS or high‑growth technology environment.
• Hands‑on experience supporting campaign execution, demand generation, and performance tracking.
• Experience with modern marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce and Marketo.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Amplitude.
• Exposure to automation or AI‑enabled tools in marketing workflows or reporting.
