Manager, Foundry, Security Solutions Product Development

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager for its Foundry Security Solutions Product Development team. In this role you will lead the creation of new security‑focused products and enhancements, working closely with cross‑functional partners to drive revenue and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management, Software Development and other teams to design, develop and launch new security solutions.
• Research emerging technologies, market trends, regulatory and competitive landscapes to shape product strategy.
• Define functional and technical specifications, create design documentation and ensure consistent product knowledge across the studio framework.
• Lead hands‑on product management activities, including AI‑enabled features, and support accelerated timelines.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and business development teams to co‑create early‑stage solutions with customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the payments industry or financial services.
• Strong understanding of product development concepts such as design thinking and agile methodologies.
• Excellent organization, project management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial information and influence without formal authority.
