Logistics Clerk – Shipping & Documentation

About the role

Hypertec is looking for a Logistics Clerk to join its Montreal logistics team. You will support the end‑to‑end shipping process, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth coordination between internal departments and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, AWB and B/L.
• Enter shipment details into ERP/logistics systems with high accuracy.
• Track shipments, update status reports and verify quantities against purchase orders.
• Maintain filing systems for all logistics documentation and proof of delivery records.
• Assist with customs paperwork preparation and coordinate with warehouse staff for shipment readiness.
• Support freight invoice verification and provide shipment updates to internal teams.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Supply Chain/Logistics is an asset.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or administrative roles.
• Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using ERP systems for logistics operations.
