Loader Operator

About the role

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a reliable Loader Operator to join its plant and yard team. You will operate a front‑end loader to move aggregate materials safely and efficiently while supporting overall production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a front‑end loader to load, transport, and stockpile aggregate materials.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain clean and organized stockpiles to ensure optimal production flow.
• Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.
• Assist plant and yard operations as needed to meet production targets.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment, especially loaders.
• Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
