Legal Operations Associate

About the role

Mistplay is seeking a highly resourceful Legal Operations Associate to join its fast‑growing legal team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will support both the corporate/legal function and the commercial side of the business, helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own corporate records management, legal hold, and e‑discovery support, partnering with IT and Finance to maintain best‑practice knowledge management.
• Manage the contract lifecycle by coordinating with sales, commercial, and finance teams to assign, store, and track contracts post‑signing, and develop automation for low‑risk vendor agreements.
• Oversee legal technology vendors and outside counsel, becoming the subject‑matter expert for standard legal tech tools and project‑management platforms such as Jira and Asana.
• Identify opportunities to automate routine legal services across marketing, product, commercial, corporate, litigation, and compliance verticals.

Required profile

• Strong operational mindset with a focus on product‑oriented legal solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments (IT, Finance, Sales) and drive process improvements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing legal records and contracts.
