About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Legal Analyst to join our team on a remote, part‑time basis. You will work 10‑40 hours per week, providing legal research, contract review, and regulatory analysis across multiple practice areas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze complex scenarios.

• Interpret statutes, regulations, and internal policies to support structured legal evaluations.
• Prepare concise written summaries and legal reasoning for case‑based scenarios.

• Identify inconsistencies, legal risks, and compliance gaps within legal materials.
