About the role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join a busy litigation practice in Vancouver, BC. The role supports a team of litigation lawyers with a diverse caseload, ensuring all court and client requirements are met efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and file pleadings, affidavits, and other litigation documents.
- Manage litigation deadlines, court filing procedures, and document production.
- Coordinate examinations for discovery, mediations, and trial preparation logistics.
- Liaise with courts, opposing counsel, and clients.
- Provide general administrative support to assigned lawyers.
Required profile
- Legal Administrative Assistant certificate or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate‑level litigation support experience.
- Strong knowledge of British Columbia court rules and civil procedure.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Professional, discreet, and detail‑oriented.

What we offer
- Competitive salary range of CAD 70,000 – 85,000 per year.
