Junior Marketing & AI Assistant

About the role

CBON Group is seeking a creative and organized Junior Marketing & AI Assistant to help scale its digital presence across social platforms. You will work closely with the Marketing Director, leveraging AI tools to produce smarter content, streamline workflows, and support product launches in the beauty industry.

Key responsibilities

• Use AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, Claude, and Notion AI to generate captions, scripts, visuals, and campaign concepts.
• Research, test, and recommend new AI tools that improve marketing efficiency and customer engagement.
• Assist the Marketing Director with AI‑driven strategies for product launches, webinars, and sales initiatives.
• Create and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other channels, including short‑form videos, Reels, graphics, and content calendars.
• Manage influencer, educator, ambassador, and creator collaborations.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and suggest improvements to boost engagement, leads, and sales.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends in AI, social media, and beauty marketing.

Required profile

• Strong interest in AI, automation, marketing technology, and social media.
• Experience creating short‑form video content and writing compelling hooks, captions, and scripts.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, and quick to learn new tools.
• Passion for the beauty, salon, spa, or wellness sector is a plus.
