Junior Associate Account Executive - Digital Sales

About the Position

Join Postmedia, a leading Canadian media company representing over 110 brands across print, online, and mobile platforms. We are looking for a driven Associate Account Executive to join our digital sales team in a high-growth, collaborative environment.

Main Missions

• Drive new business acquisition through proactive outbound prospecting and digital engagement.
• Collaborate closely with SDR teams to identify and qualify high-potential leads.
• Conduct virtual discovery calls and present tailored digital advertising solutions (SEO, SEM, Programmatic, Social, and Display).
• Manage a structured sales pipeline within the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and activity tracking.
• Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to optimize call performance, objection handling, and follow-up efficiency.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Profile We Are Looking For
