Main Missions

• Provide expert IT support to ensure seamless business operations and a productive environment.
• Manage external vendors to support mobile roadmaps, customer loyalty programs, and marketing initiatives.
• Support high-level strategic projects, including the redesign of the mobile experience and various software products.
• Troubleshoot and maintain workstations, servers, and network infrastructures.
• Manage and support mobile devices and applications across iOS and Android platforms.

Profile Required

• At least 3 years of proven experience in IT Support.
• A problem-solving mindset with a passion for creating success-driven environments.
• Strong ability to manage vendors and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ambition to grow professionally towards product-oriented roles.

Required Skills

• Advanced troubleshooting of Windows workstations, servers, and networks.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Expertise in iOS and Android mobile device management (MDM) and application support.
• Vendor management and coordination skills.
