Integrated Logistics Support Engineer

About the role

L3Harris is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineer to join its defense‑technology team in either Montréal or Ottawa. The successful candidate will generate ILS deliverables, lead technical authoring, and support life‑cycle planning for mission‑critical aerospace and naval programs.

Key responsibilities

• Produce ILS deliverables such as FMECA, LSAR, LORA, RBD, spares analysis, technical manuals, disposal plans, and hazardous‑materials analyses.
• Conduct logistics support analyses, including sparing, provisioning, and end‑of‑life extension studies.
• Author technical publications in S1000D format and develop comprehensive ILS plans.
• Perform life‑cycle cost (LCC) and trade‑off analyses, and support in‑service program planning.
• Execute component and system reliability calculations and integrate LSAR data into Omega PS tools.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering or computer science.
• Minimum 3 years experience in naval or aerospace ILS and 5 years writing S1000D manuals.
• Eligibility for the Controlled Goods Program and bilingual proficiency (French and English).

• MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
