About the role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow a portfolio of roughly 1,000 B2B accounts. Working Monday to Friday, you will use phone, email and our web portal to drive product purchases, ensure customer satisfaction and support overall profitability.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a weekly basis.
  • Execute national sales initiatives, new product launches and growth programs.
  • Increase sales per invoice by adding product lines, introducing new categories and upgrading on‑site coffee solutions.
  • Make scheduled outbound calls to fulfill orders and support assigned Account Managers.
  • Maintain service levels, enforce minimum orders and coordinate delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with regional operations and service teams to ensure rapid response to field requests.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as price list updates, account openings/closings, equipment changes and other resource adjustments.

Required profile

  • 1‑3 years of experience in telephone sales or customer service.
  • Proficiency with sales and customer‑service software systems.
  • Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Goal‑driven, adaptable, proactive and resilient under pressure.
  • Strong relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Commitment to high quality standards and teamwork.
