Industrial Engineer – Lean & Production Support

About the role

BRP is looking for an Industrial Engineer to support internal clients and drive Lean initiatives across the plant. You will work closely with production teams to improve processes, introduce new models, and ensure efficient mixed‑model operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal clients and act as an agent of change in Lean strategies.
• Provide production support using industrial engineering concepts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Establish assembly ranges, logical operational sequences, and detailed work instructions.
• Lead Kaizen workshops to boost plant efficiency and facilitate new model introductions.
• Integrate tools and IT systems to guide operator work and determine required assistance.
• Influence upstream engineering to standardize methods for mixed‑model production.
• Analyze workstation variations, take corrective actions, and participate in PFMEA.
• Determine standard production times with AVIX software in a mixed‑production environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and ability to synthesize data.
• Proficiency in both French and English.
• Availability for occasional day or evening shifts.
