About the Position

Join Baywood Animal Hospital, an AAHA-accredited full-service veterinary clinic located just outside Barrie, as our new Hospital Manager. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in our growing team, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a positive culture while delivering exceptional care to every animal and client.

Main Missions

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance team to ensure professional growth and engagement.
• Partner with the Managing DVM on recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Oversee daily hospital operations, including policies, compliance, inventory, and supplier relations.
• Manage financial aspects, including payroll, budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
• Drive client visits through strategic communication and local marketing initiatives.
• Resolve client concerns and supervise follow-up communications to maintain high service standards.
• Promote a positive work culture and an enriching employee experience.
