About the role
WFS Group is looking for a motivated High Ticket Appointment Setter to work exclusively with warm leads generated by world‑class marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for turning interested prospects into qualified sales appointments for high‑ticket offers ranging from $7k to $15k+. This is a fully remote, performance‑driven position designed for competitive individuals who want a clear path toward high‑ticket closing.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to warm leads sourced from ads, webinars, funnels, and social media.
- Qualify prospects, identify buying intent, and set appointments for senior closers.
- Follow up with leads throughout the sales pipeline and maintain accurate activity records in the CRM.
- Participate in daily sales meetings, coaching sessions, and continuous performance reviews.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve scripts and conversion rates.
Required profile
- Highly motivated, competitive, and hungry for results.
- Comfortable with phone sales, objection handling, and a numbers‑driven environment.
- Coachable, adaptable, and able to sustain high outbound activity.
- Desires a clear career path toward high‑ticket closing.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems to track leads and activities.
