Greenhouse Consultant – Canada

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Greenhouse Consultant to help grow our business in Canada. Based remotely in the Leamington/Kingsville area, you will work closely with the Canadian Sales Manager to support greenhouse builders, growers, and screen installers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with growers through key account management plans.
• Identify and pursue strategic business opportunities with key growers, focusing on the Leamington/Kingsville region.
• Provide climate advice and after‑sales support to growers and greenhouse builders.
• Record customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the President/General Manager and Canadian Sales Manager on annual business and marketing plans.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Contribute ideas to strategy discussions and business growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) industry.
• Strong understanding of greenhouse climate, technology, and crop production.
• Entrepreneurial, hands‑on attitude with the ability to work on‑site with growers.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; French or Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM tool).
• Microsoft Office Suite.
