About the role
The Graphic Designer – Brand Creative will develop and execute visual assets for Call It Spring across all consumer touchpoints. Reporting to the Art Director, you will collaborate with creative and marketing teams to bring concepts to life in a fast‑paced, fashion‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design graphic assets for digital, social, e‑commerce, email, retail, PR, paid media and internal channels.
- Translate approved concepts and art direction into polished, on‑brand visuals, adhering to format, size and production specifications.
- Support campaign launches, seasonal edits, product storytelling and promotional moments.
- Prepare print‑ready and digital production files and create presentations, internal decks and campaign recaps.
- Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints while adapting designs for each channel.
- Assist junior‑level art direction through trend research, mood boards, visual references and exploratory concepts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaigns, shoots and retail experiences.
Required profile
- Strong design fundamentals with a keen eye for fashion and culture.
- Hands‑on attitude and ability to work in a fast‑moving brand environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with creative and marketing teams.
