Financial Analyst – FP&A

About the role

Enercare Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis team. Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, you will help drive data‑driven decisions by delivering timely and accurate financial insights across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for functional and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Prepare performance management reports, KPI tracking, and variance explanations for business unit partners.
• Develop a deep understanding of key performance drivers by product, channel, and region.
• Identify trends and performance drivers to inform strategic decisions.
• Contribute to finance process improvements, reporting enhancements, and analytical best practices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A or related financial analysis.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Proactive finance partner with a focus on continuous improvement.
