Financial Analyst – Entry Level

About the role

DarkVision is seeking an entry‑level Financial Analyst to join its finance team at the North Vancouver headquarters. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will support day‑to‑day financial operations, reporting, and strategic initiatives that drive the company’s rapid growth in the tech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, invoicing, and accounts‑receivable processes, working closely with customers, sales, and operations teams.
• Process invoices, post payments, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely cash collection.
• Assist the Director of Finance in preparing management reports and financial models using advanced Excel techniques.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven solutions to automate routine finance tasks.
• Participate in special projects such as new process design, international entity setup, and other growth‑related initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles.
• Detail‑oriented, practical, and able to adapt to a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external customers.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
