About the role

As the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at TELUS Digital, you will act as a strategic financial architect, owning the end‑to‑end financial planning function and serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. You will shape resource allocation, evaluate growth opportunities, and translate complex financial data into compelling narratives that drive decisive action.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full financial planning cycle, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning, ensuring alignment with executive strategy and board expectations.
• Design and execute a commercial pipeline performance framework to convert client opportunity data into accurate revenue forecasts.
• Partner with C‑suite and senior leaders, synthesizing commercial, delivery, and resource insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain a robust scenario‑planning capability that incorporates pipeline movements, market dynamics, and macro‑economic trends.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Resource Management, and Program Management teams to optimize resource capacity and drive competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading high‑performing FP&A teams in a fast‑moving, technology‑focused environment.
• Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and scenario analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a financial thought partner to senior executives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate data into strategic insights.
