About the role
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering prompt and courteous assistance across multiple channels. You will help resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues and ensure a positive experience that reflects our commitment to service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions via phone, email and live chat.
- Investigate and resolve complaints, providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update customer records and account information.
- Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve service delivery.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and empathy skills.
- Ability to work proactively under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
