Customer Service Agent – Airport (Saskatoon)

About the role

Executive Aviation is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Agents to join its team at Saskatoon Airport (YXE). You will be the first point of contact for travelers, helping them start and finish their journeys smoothly while representing one of Canada’s fastest‑growing ground‑handling companies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check‑in procedures and operate self‑serve kiosks.
• Prepare aircraft for on‑time departures and support boarding and deplaning processes.
• Greet arriving passengers and ensure a safe, stress‑free environment.
• Apply airline‑specific check‑in policies and enforce airport regulations.
• Collaborate with airline crew and perform light grooming duties.
• Lift up to 70 lb (32 kg) as required.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong record of punctuality, reliability and ability to work under time pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in both individual and group settings.
• Flexible availability for shift work, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain a Restricted Area pass and pass a criminal background check.

Required skills

• Basic computer operation and familiarity with standard software applications.
