Content Designer (6‑month Contract)

About the role

PointClickCare is seeking an experienced Content Designer on a 6‑month contract to create world‑class product content for its health‑tech platform. You will work remotely, collaborating with UX designers, engineers, and product leaders to ensure a consistent, relevant, and useful content experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop UI content, microcopy, and instructional documentation for new and existing platforms.
• Research user needs and draft content that supports intuitive product interactions.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams throughout the design process.
• Incorporate AI‑assisted and conversational design techniques where appropriate.
• Maintain content consistency across the product suite.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content design or UX writing, preferably in a technology or healthcare setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI content, microcopy, instructional documentation, and AI‑assisted design work.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while attending occasional in‑person events.
