Client Experience Expert (Toronto)

About the role

We are looking for a polished, organized and service‑driven Client Experience Expert to join our Toronto studio. The role goes beyond traditional reception, ensuring smooth studio flow, managing schedules, supporting revenue opportunities and delivering a warm, solution‑oriented experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Master and optimise daily schedules to enhance studio flow, client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Provide elevated, friendly service in person, by phone and email, handling appointments, confirmations, rescheduling and client communication.
• Support POS operations including transactions, gift cards, retail purchases and maintaining client profiles.
• Execute opening and closing duties with precision and accountability.
• Maintain strong organisation, attention to detail and urgency throughout the day.
• Promote retail attachment and re‑booking opportunities through thoughtful client outreach.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and service providers to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Passion for hospitality, beauty, wellness and people.

• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, client experience or front‑desk operations (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems and appointment scheduling software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
