CEO & VP Executive Coach

About the role

Stanley House Consulting is seeking a seasoned executive coach to work with CEOs and VPs across Canada’s fastest‑growing sectors. You will leverage your leadership experience to guide senior leaders in natural resources, real estate, technology, and healthcare, helping them sharpen strategic thinking and navigate complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one coaching to C‑suite executives and senior VPs, using a customized coaching framework.
• Assist leaders in developing and executing growth strategies, operational improvements, and sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze industry‑specific dynamics to deliver actionable insights and problem‑solving guidance.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions that enhance leadership capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coaching aligns with client objectives and outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of experience in senior leadership roles, preferably within natural resources, technology, real estate, or healthcare.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic business plans.
• Deep understanding of sector‑specific challenges and opportunities.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Business, Natural Resources, Real Estate, Technology, or Healthcare is preferred.
