BIM Manager

About the role

Lemay, a leading Canadian architecture and design firm, is seeking a BIM Manager to drive its Building Information Modeling strategy across multidisciplinary projects. Reporting to the BIM Director, you will shape BIM processes, ensure high‑quality model delivery, and support collaborative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and structure BIM project start‑ups, creating and executing BIM Management Plans (BMP) and delivery strategies.
• Set up models, work environments, and BIM workflows; manage collaborative platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Common Data Environments (CDE).
• Coordinate interdisciplinary deliverables, supervise BIM coordinators, and provide technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure model quality through QA/QC procedures and compliance with BIM standards, including ISO 19650.
• Contribute to the evolution of firm‑wide BIM standards, train staff, and promote innovative best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in architecture, architectural technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of architectural experience and 5 years of BIM management on complex projects.
• Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) to collaborate with Québec‑based teams.
• Relevant BIM certification (asset) preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit.
• Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and the broader Autodesk ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Common Data Environments (CDE) and BIM standards such as ISO 19650.
