About the role
We are looking for a part‑time front‑end associate to join The Home Depot Canada in Montréal. In this role you will greet customers, guide them to open registers and ensure a smooth, accurate checkout experience while representing the company’s service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet each customer, engage them during the transaction and thank them for their business using the GET Involved approach.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and suggest appropriate services such as credit, extended warranty, tool rental and Pro Services.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, following the GET checkout process.
- Maintain safety, security and loss‑prevention policies, helping to mitigate shrink and protect assets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of retail or cash handling experience (preferred).
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, lifting and moving items.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
