Art Clerk – Shipping Marks & Graphic Support

About the role

The Art Clerk supports the graphic design team by preparing and managing artwork for shipping marks, labels, and packaging. This position ensures that all visual assets are accurate, meet supplier specifications, and are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Create shipping marks by applying templates to boxes and verify pre‑print proofs and carton mock‑ups.
• Generate and modify labels, adding UPC codes where required.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain information, send final artwork, and resolve any issues.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the artwork workflow.
• Maintain organized records of all artwork files and versions.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Macintosh operating system.
