About the role
The Administrative Support – Credit role serves as the first point of contact for the credit team, handling data entry and processing of customers' finance applications. Working remotely within Canada, you will ensure transactions and documentation are accurate and completed on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and prepare lease/loan transactions within established timelines.
- Enter all lease/loan applications, meet key performance objectives, and prepare credit‑ready submissions.
- Obtain required credit reports from reporting agencies and verify application completeness.
- Assemble and submit credit packages, monitoring progress from submission to funding.
- Communicate status updates to external broker partners and perform additional duties as needed.
Required profile
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet overlapping deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for errors.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- One year of experience in financial services is an asset; post‑secondary diploma or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
