About the role
KPMG Canada is seeking an Actuarial Consultant to join its Life Actuarial practice. You will work on a variety of client‑facing engagements, supporting insurance companies across Canada, the US and the Caribbean with their actuarial and business challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain actuarial models for life insurance products.
- Support financial reporting and regulatory transformation projects.
- Provide specialist actuarial assistance for audit engagements of insurance firms.
- Collaborate with teams on related actuarial areas such as total rewards, pensions, and property & casualty insurance.
Required profile
- University degree in a quantitative discipline.
- Actively pursuing a recognized actuarial designation (e.g., ACIA or FCIA).
- 0–2 years of experience in the actuarial field.
- Bilingual French and English is an asset.
