About the role
Onside AI is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead enterprise sales of its AI‑powered security platform. The role is based in Etobicoke, Ontario and involves managing the full sales cycle for large‑scale customers in critical infrastructure, energy and industrial markets.
Key responsibilities
- Own and close enterprise opportunities end‑to‑end, from qualification through pilot, negotiation and contract execution.
- Develop and nurture executive‑level relationships with security, risk, IT and operations leaders at target accounts.
- Collaborate with channel partners and advisory firms to generate and progress pipeline.
- Lead complex deal cycles involving procurement, legal, IT security and technical evaluation teams.
- Create tailored proposals, business cases and pilot structures aligned with customer priorities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and account intelligence in the CRM.
- Provide structured market feedback to inform product, pricing and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Represent Onside AI at industry events, partner forums and customer engagements.
Required profile
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a proven record of closing six‑ and seven‑figure deals.
- Demonstrated success selling complex technology such as security, AI, video analytics, IoT, SaaS or industrial platforms.
- Experience selling into large enterprises with multi‑stakeholder buying groups (security, risk, IT, operations, procurement).
- Strong understanding of channel and partner‑led sales motions, including work with integrators, brokers or technology partners.
- Comfort navigating long, complex sales cycles and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
