Tour Guide Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Tour Guide Supervisor to lead our outdoor tour teams in extremely cold environments. You will coordinate activities, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional experiences for guests with special needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• Establish work schedules and procedures for guide teams.
• Perform the same duties as the workers you supervise.
• Prepare and submit operational reports.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend productivity improvements.
• Assist clients/guests with special needs.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff on safety procedures and company policies.
• Requisition materials and supplies, and administer first‑aid assistance.
• Develop marketing plans and strategies to promote tours.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work outdoors in extremely cold conditions.
• First Aid and CPR certifications.
