Senior Process Engineer – Mining Operations

About the role

The Process Engineer will lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of process improvement initiatives that enhance production efficiency at Elk Valley Resources' steelmaking coal mines.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies.
• Conduct daily plant walkthroughs and critical process checks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver value and share best practices across Water Operations.
• Provide visible leadership through frequent engagement with team members.
• Drive process improvement projects that increase operational efficiency.
