Night Shift Press Operator – Manufacturing

About the role

Techo-Bloc is seeking a Night Shift Press Operator to join its high‑end landscaping product line in St‑Hubert, Quebec. You will work four nights a week, ensuring that every product meets the company’s rigorous quality standards while enjoying three days off each week.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor press equipment during night shifts.
• Make machine adjustments, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor repairs.
• Complete setups, preventative maintenance, and daily production reports.
• Use tools and measuring devices to verify product specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and follow all safety regulations.
• Communicate priorities and issues during shift changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing or automated production.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency, preferably with ERP or Microsoft tools.
• Ability to work night shifts with flexible training availability.
