Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing and communications team of a leading Canadian business law firm. You will help deliver high‑quality projects for internal clients, including lawyers and business professionals, while gaining exposure to a variety of marketing tactics and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, tracking, and workflow of marketing requests across the firm.
• Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met using Monday.com.
• Communicate project timelines and updates to team members and stakeholders.
• Circulate proofs, perform document reviews and proofreading for quality control.
• Assist with website and social media updates, marketing materials, and communication projects.
• Manage departmental invoices, print production, and delivery of marketing collateral.
• Support day‑to‑day activities and special projects as required.

Required profile

• University or college diploma, preferably in marketing or communications.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a project coordination or marketing role.
• Experience in a professional services or B2B environment is an asset.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and client‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management software (Monday.com) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
