IT Agile Project Manager (Remote, 12+ month contract)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Agile Project Manager to lead SaaS‑based HRMS projects for public‑sector clients. This remote, 12‑month contract role focuses on end‑to‑end delivery, advanced reporting, and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile software development projects using Scrum, SAFe or hybrid methods.
• Manage cross‑functional teams across product, engineering, QA and UX.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and reviews.
• Own and optimise Jira dashboards, workflows and custom reports.
• Develop executive‑level reports with Power BI, Tableau, Jira Advanced Roadmaps or EazyBI.
• Integrate reporting across Jira, Confluence and third‑party BI platforms.
• Establish reporting standards and monitor KPIs, quality indicators and delivery trends.
• Communicate project performance, risks and resource utilisation to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile delivery and reporting accuracy.

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience with a strong Agile focus.
• Expert‑level knowledge of Jira (custom workflows, filters, dashboards, automation, plugins).
• Proven ability to build reporting frameworks using BI tools.
• Deep understanding of Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time and defect leakage.
• Experience managing multiple remote Agile teams in fast‑paced SaaS environments.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills.
