Inventory Clerk – Warehouse & Stock Management

About the role

The Inventory Clerk will ensure the warehouse and shop remain organized, clean, and fully stocked. You will handle routine clerical tasks, process purchase orders, and maintain accurate inventory records while supporting a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the shop and warehouse clean and orderly.
• Perform routine clerical duties, process files, and handle paperwork.
• Prepare purchase orders, process purchases, and review requisition orders for accuracy.
• Set up and maintain an inventory control system, verify stock availability, and compile inventory reports.
• Conduct quality control, monitor inventory levels, and pack items for shipping.
• Place stock on shelves, reconcile physical inventories with computer counts, and record quantity, type, and value of stock.
• Unpack received goods, verify receipts and packing slips, and prepare requisition orders to replenish stock.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual language ability.
• Ability to distinguish between colours and strong attention to detail.
• Physical capability to bend, crouch, kneel, lift heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Team player who is organized, reliable, and versatile.
