Hospitality Operations Manager – Remote (AI Prompt Specialist)

About the role

We are seeking a Hospitality Operations Manager to support AI-driven workflows across travel, real estate, hospitality and event strategy. This remote, project‑based role combines industry expertise with prompt engineering to improve large language model outputs for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design rubric‑style prompts for large language models and evaluate AI‑generated outputs.
• Create and review structured evaluation tasks covering tourism, property operations, hospitality services, and event planning.
• Assess model reasoning, operational practicality, and the quality of customer‑facing communications.
• Provide domain expertise to enhance AI systems used in hospitality, tourism, and real estate environments.
• Collaborate independently with remote teams to deliver high‑quality deliverables on a flexible schedule.

Required profile

• Professional experience in real estate, hospitality, tourism, or event strategy.
• Familiarity with rubric‑style evaluation tasks (Mercor preferred).
• Strong understanding of operational workflows in travel, hospitality, property management, or events.
• Ability to design effective prompts and critically evaluate LLM responses.
• Excellent analytical thinking and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
