Full Stack Developer (Web & Shopify App Development)

About the role

Teifi Digital, a Shopify Plus Platinum partner, is looking for a Full Stack Developer to design and deliver custom micro‑services, private Shopify apps, and integrations for enterprise e‑commerce clients. You will work on both back‑end and front‑end components, contributing to internal products and client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend micro‑services, integrations, and private Shopify apps.
• Develop APIs using TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and REST.
• Integrate third‑party platforms such as ERPs, WMS, and POS systems.
• Contribute to a modern monorepo, internal tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support front‑end features with React, Shopify Polaris, and Remix when needed.
• Collaborate with global teams via GitHub, Linear, and Notion; participate in sprints, code reviews, and on‑call support.
• Document technical specifications, SOPs, and maintain clear architecture diagrams.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience as a backend or full‑stack developer.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience building scalable integrations and understanding Shopify’s architecture and APIs.
• Proven ability to work independently and within remote/hybrid teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
