Family Physician – 3 to 4 days per week (clinic & telehealth)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified family physician to work 3‑4 days a week, replacing a departing doctor. The position offers a blend of in‑clinic and telehealth appointments, allowing you to build your own patient panel from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family practice care, including paediatric, geriatric, and adult services.
• Conduct a mix of on‑site clinic visits and remote telehealth consultations.
• Perform minor procedures, early maternity care, long‑term care, home visits and hospice visits as needed.
• Support nursing staff with procedures such as cryotherapy, suture removal, dressing changes and injections.
• Maintain accurate billing under a fee‑for‑service model.

Required profile

• Medical licence to practice family medicine in Canada.
• Willingness to work 3‑4 days per week and develop a personal patient panel.
• Comfortable with both in‑person and telehealth delivery models.
• Ability to collaborate with existing physicians and support staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records.
• Competence in minor procedural techniques (e.g., cryotherapy, suturing).
