About the role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Service Technician to join an established manufacturer in the Vancouver area. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance for our production lines.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues in CNC machines.
- Perform hands‑on repairs, replace parts and components, and execute equipment upgrades.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software, including control systems, drives, and motors.
- Service CNC controls such as Siemens and Fanuc systems.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of CNC service experience (troubleshooting, maintenance, installation).
- Skilled Trades CFQ or an Engineering Diploma/Degree.
- Willingness to travel within British Columbia and occasional travel across Canada.
- Professional, customer‑facing attitude.
