Business Development Manager

About the role

Iannarino Consulting Inc. is seeking a full‑time Business Development Manager to work on a hybrid basis from Montreal. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth across the consulting, engineering, procurement and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Develop proposals, presentations and other client‑facing materials.
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Build and maintain long‑term client partnerships.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences and other public forums.

Required profile

• Strong Business Development, Marketing and Networking capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to perform market research and analyse industry trends.
• Experience in proposal development, project planning and strategy implementation.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and decision‑making abilities.
• Familiarity with engineering, procurement and construction management is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in English; French is strongly preferred.
