Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help shape AI learning environments by translating real consulting engagements into structured tasks for advanced language models. This remote, project‑based position focuses on designing realistic consulting scenarios, creating evaluation frameworks, and ensuring AI agents can reason through high‑level business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed consulting project environments, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate the consulting scenarios into reinforcement learning pipelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesizing findings from messy data.
• Track record of delivering client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines and uncertainty.
