Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Project Management Specialist to collaborate with AI development teams. You will provide expert guidance on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management while helping to shape AI training materials.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with AI engineers to translate complex project scenarios into data‑rich examples for model training.
• Develop, review, and refine AI training content that reflects best practices across multiple industries.
• Lead client‑facing interactions to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Guide technical staff and cross‑functional groups, emphasizing effective leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
• Continuously evaluate AI outputs for relevance, accuracy, and practical value.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end project management experience across diverse industries and project sizes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including budget and resource management.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and adaptive planning.
