Project Manager – Electrical Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Victor Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of large‑scale electrical infrastructure projects across Canada. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate project set‑up after award and estimate hand‑off, ensuring all resources, budgets, and documentation are ready for kickoff.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project execution plan, critical path, and milestone schedule.
• Prepare, monitor, and update construction schedules and job cost reports.
• Coordinate material, equipment, and subcontractor activities to meet project milestones.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and Victor Energy, managing expectations and driving client satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk registers, RFI logs, change order logs, health & safety plans, and quality plans.
• Manage project expenditures, ensure budget adherence, and oversee invoicing for cash‑flow stability.
• Lead project meetings such as kick‑offs, status updates, change order reviews, recovery plans, and lessons‑learned sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated competence in risk and change management processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
