Digital Marketing Specialist – Instagram & Web

About the role

Dana Hospitality is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to shape and grow its digital presence across Instagram, the website and mobile apps that serve McGill University dining halls, retail outlets and catering services. You will be the voice and visual storyteller for the campus community, creating engaging content that reflects the brand and drives interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Dana Hospitality Instagram account, including content planning, creation, scheduling and community engagement.
• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand objectives, seasonal campaigns and campus events.
• Produce high‑quality visual assets such as photography, short‑form video, reels and stories.
• Write compelling, on‑brand copy for posts, captions, campaigns and promotional materials.
• Maintain and update the website and mobile applications to ensure accurate information and a seamless user experience.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social‑media trends, platform updates and best practices.
