Travel Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Travel Specialist to support AI-driven workflows across travel, real estate, hospitality, and event strategy. You will work on designing and evaluating prompts for large language models, helping to improve AI outputs that serve customers in these sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support AI‑related projects focused on travel, real estate, hospitality, and event strategy workflows.
• Design rubric‑style prompts for large language models and assess the quality of AI‑generated responses.
• Create and review structured evaluation tasks covering tourism, property operations, hospitality services, and event planning.
• Evaluate model reasoning, operational practicality, and the quality of customer‑facing communication.
• Contribute domain expertise to enhance AI systems used in hospitality, tourism, and real‑estate environments.

Required profile

• Experience in real estate, hospitality, tourism, or event strategy roles.
• Prior work on Mercor rubric‑style tasks is preferred.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows within travel, hospitality, property management, or events.
• Ability to design effective prompts and critically evaluate LLM responses.
• Excellent analytical thinking and written communication skills.
