Senior DevOps Specialist – Incident Management & SRE Evaluator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Specialist to evaluate incident management, reliability engineering and site reliability deliverables. The role is fully remote and focuses on assessing technical accuracy, operational rigor and presentation quality of various artifacts.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate incident reports, operational documents, spreadsheets and presentations against established quality rubrics.
• Review reliability, availability and service performance analyses for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify technical, procedural and presentation‑related errors in deliverables.
• Assess incident management documentation, root‑cause analyses and operational readouts.
• Provide structured written feedback and scoring on all evaluated materials.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in incident management, reliability engineering and site reliability engineering (SRE).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Slides.
• Ability to critically review operational documentation, spreadsheets and presentation materials.
• Professional fluency in English.

What we offer

• Hourly contract with compensation ranging from $80 to $120 per hour.
