Senior AEM Architect

About the role

Accenture Song is seeking a Senior AEM Architect to lead the design and delivery of large‑scale Adobe Experience Manager solutions for its clients. The role involves guiding technical teams, shaping platform governance, and ensuring best‑practice implementation across multi‑tenant environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale AEM technical requirements and architecture design.
• Support business development activities, including RFP responses.
• Perform technical grooming, create design documentation, and guide development teams.
• Define platform governance and operational guidelines for multi‑tenant deployments.
• Assist development teams with environment design, troubleshooting, and impact analysis.
• Estimate effort for change requests and build architecture diagrams for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client technical leads, architects, and project managers to ensure SDLC compliance and risk mitigation.
• Participate in software design, development, and package implementation using Adobe AEM, SDL Tridion, Hybris, and Oracle/ATG.
• Conduct code and design reviews to enforce quality standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, particularly with AMS teams.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing and delivering AEM solutions.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior staff.
• Strong understanding of multi‑tenant platform governance.
• Experience supporting RFPs and business development initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
