About the role

This full‑time position is based on‑site five days a week and offers a blend of recruitment and broader HR coordination responsibilities. You will work within a lean, collaborative team to attract talent for a wide variety of specialized and general positions while supporting HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles from requisition to offer for technical, operational, professional and administrative roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring profiles, craft job descriptions and prepare interview processes.
  • Source candidates via job boards, direct search, networking, agencies, universities and other pipelines.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure accurate data entry in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external talent partners.
  • Participate in employer branding, career fairs and talent‑acquisition events.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as diversity initiatives, early‑career programs and continuous‑improvement efforts.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant legislation, company policies and internal standards.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of talent‑acquisition experience, preferably in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring mandates and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong partnership mindset with hiring managers and external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System.
